50x Low Gluten People's White Communion Breads individually measure 35mm in diameter and are stored in a resealable container.
Classed as Gluten Free by the International CODEX standards for gluten free food at just 6.2 parts per million (This means they have been tested to have gluten levels of less than 20 parts per million.) However these have not been tested in NZ and do not hold Coeliac NZ's Cross Grain Logo.
Ingredients are: wheat starch and water.
