Shipping policy

Delivery Times

We aim to please and most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please allow 1 - 4 working days for order delivery (depending on stock availability). If we are unable to supply your item within the time frame specified on the website we will contact you to get your instructions. If you have a specific time frame please add notes about this to your comment box on the order form and we will do our very best to oblige.

 

Shipping Options

All items are shipped from The Catholic Shop, 373 Manchester St, Christchurch. Purchases are couriered to you via Fastway Couriers.

 

Packaging

At the Catholic Shop we recycle every possible element of packaging and do not use any unnecessary specially made materials. We do however package items with great care. Should the product be damaged in transit we will of course replace it and absorb any additional freight costs. See our returns policy above for more information regarding this.
